Earn £25 just for talking about recycling.

Veolia are looking for Southwark residents to take part in focus groups for our their new recycling campaign: “During the 1 hour session residents will be asked to comment on three possible campaigns to help improve recycling in Southwark. 

We need a mixture of people to take part. We particularly welcome residents who do not regularly recycle at home as we want our new campaign to appeal to everyone.  

The focus groups will be held at an easy to get to public place in the borough on the following dates and times.

  • Tuesday 2 September – 4pm
  • Tuesday 2 September – 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 3 September – 6.30pm

The session will take approximately 1 hour and the venue will be confirmed nearer the time.

Peace Day 2014

For the last five years the David Idowu Foundation has organised a ‘peace day’ event with stalls, music and speeches on the Saturday closest to the anniversary of David’s tragic death. This year the peace day will take place on Saturday 12th July, 12.00pm-6.00pm.
