This year’s Ramadan is fast under way. So is the preparation for the upcoming annual Southwark Eid festival that marks the end of the holy month for Muslims in the Borough.

This year’s Eid event will be held again in Burgess Park on Eid day either on Friday the 17th or Saturday the 18th of July. The actual date is subject to sighting of the new moon.
