Letters will be delivered this week by Southwark Council informing residents of parking permit scheme and how to obtain permits. The start date will be 26th October, and for 14 days after this date the Council will issue warning notices to anyone parked incorrectly. From 9th November the parking enforcement contractor APCOA will issue live penalty charges notices (parking tickets).
