T&RA Constitution updated.

At the Annual General Meeting on 17th March 2015, two changes to the Constitution were agreed:

1. Clause 12 was altered to reduce the number of General Meeting from four to two:
“Not less than two of the committee’s meetings shall be General Meetings of the Association open to all members to speak and vote.”
2. Clause 15 was altered to reduce the quorum for General Meeting from 15 to 10:
“The quorum for all General Meetings shall be one-third of membership or 10 members whichever is the less.”

Throughout the early twentieth century, Sonia Delaunay celebrated the modern world of movement, technology and urban life through vibrant abstract works such as Electric Prisms 1913 (above).

This will be the first UK retrospective to assess the breadth of her artistic practice. It will feature the groundbreaking paintings, textiles and clothes she made, as well as her innovative collaborations with poets, choreographers and manufacturers, from Diaghilev to Liberty.
