Dear Chair or Secretary,

After a difficult and tiring year I want to thank you for everything you have done for the residents you represent. We are clearly not out of the woods yet and there are some tough times ahead before we get through this.

However, the extraordinary voluntary effort to care for our vulnerable and isolated residents has shown the best side of our communities in council housing. TRAs have played a leading role in this response and thanks to you many people will be able to enjoy a better Christmas than might otherwise have been possible.

I wish you a very merry Christmas and I hope you have a restful, happy and healthy New Year.
